Children & Families

The family is the primary and most fundamental influence on children. Child and family service programs must build upon and strengthen the role of the family. Quality child care services and programs are available to children and parents of all income levels, with the intent of strengthening the family’s system.

Child Care

Our Child Care and Preschool programs serve children ages 0-12. Following research and play-based curriculum, the children are cared for by trained teachers and classroom educators. We offer scholarship opportunities and accept state assistance. With multiple locations, we intend to eliminate barriers in transportation. The first educators/teachers that a child will ever have are their parent(s) and/or caregiver(s). We intend to support that role both in the classroom and in the home.

Parents who are in or entering the workforce, attending school themselves, or in the military, need to have confidence that their child/children are well cared for in a quality early learning environment. We support families in building stress-free morning and afternoon routines by assisting with drop-offs and other scheduling needs. This creates a low-maintenance, positive experience for both parent/caregiver and child. Classroom educators are support for families daily. We know your child’s early learning experience impacts them for a lifetime. We focus on creating an environment that allows the child to explore while building independence safely.

Need Support?

The Family Resource Center is designed to uniquely support each family based on their individualized needs. Depending on the need, each family is provided with a Family Support Professional and/or Lactation Counselor. We offer short-term parenting classes, resources, and support to expecting parents and families with children ages birth to 17 years old. Families that complete a 6-week curriculum receive incentives such as car seats, diapers, formula, and other essentials. Families can self-refer or are referred to us by community partners.

Our Family Resource Center Supervisor is a Certified Family Support Professional, Lactation Counselor, and bilingual in Spanish and English. With frequent outreach events and opportunities, we intend to increase awareness of resources available for families of any demographic.
