When we tell you we have the best staff, we mean it! Our VP of Children and Family Services, Erika, heard about an award being given out by the Coalition for Family & Children's Services in Iowa for Child Care Worker of the Year. Immediately, one person came to mind. Our CEO, Kim Scorza agreed, "This person demonstrates a steadfast commitment to our children, their families, and her co-workers. She leads quietly, and when she speaks, others listen with not only their ears but their hearts as they know she always and ONLY looks at the best interest of all involved. We are privileged to have her on our team and are excited to present her with this award! Erika added, "I knew from the first day I met this person as an intern that she was going to be super for our agency!"
