The funding will be used to provide essential school supplies and resources to help remove barriers to learning for children and families served by the Crittenton Center. Each year, many of the youth supported by the Crittenton Center face challenges that make it difficult to access the materials they need to succeed in school. Through this partnership with Cargill, the organization will be able to ensure that local children start and stay prepared for learning — fostering confidence, stability, and academic success. “We’re incredibly grateful to Cargill for their continued investment in our community and in the lives of our young people,” said Kim Scorza, CEO of Crittenton Center. “Something as simple as having the right supplies can make a huge difference in a child’s ability to focus, participate, and thrive in the classroom.” Cargill helps the world’s food system work for everyone.
