The Tiny Homes Project: Almost Complete and Ready for Your Support!

We are beyond excited to announce that our Tiny Homes are nearing completion! What started as a vision to provide safe and comfortable living spaces for our youth transitioning out of foster care is now transforming into a tangible reality. These Tiny Homes are not just buildings, they are sanctuaries where young individuals can start anew, build their futures, and feel a sense of belonging.

The journey to this point has been incredible, and we couldn't have done it without the unwavering support of our community. Your contributions, whether in time, money, or encouragement, have fueled this project from the ground up. As we put the finishing touches on these homes, we are filled with gratitude and anticipation for the positive impact they will have. 

Why Tiny Homes?

Tiny Homes offer a unique solution to housing challenges faced by many young people today. These challenges begin to compound when we consider the added stress that being in the foster care system can bring. These compact, efficient, and thoughtfully designed spaces provide more than just a roof over one's head. They offer a foundation from which our youth can rebuild their lives, gain independence, and thrive. Each home will be equipped with all the essentials, ensuring that residents can settle in comfortably and focus on their personal growth. 

How You Can Help

Now, as we stand on the brink of opening these homes, we need your help to make them truly special. Our youth have curated a list of items that will make these Tiny Houses feel like Tiny (but real) homes. We are opening donations through an Amazon wish list, filled with starter home essentials that the youth have personally selected. 

These items include:

• Kitchenware: To help them prepare meals and gather around the table. 
• Bedding: To ensure a cozy and restful night's sleep
• Cleaning Supplies: To maintain their new spaces with pride. 
• Decorative Items: To add a personal touch and make each space uniquely theirs.

Donating is simple and impactful. Here's how you can participate:

2. Choose Items to Donate: Browse through the list and select any items you'd like to contribute. In regards to quantity, there are six Tiny Homes with the capability of housing two youth per home.
