Brittini Alvarez, will step into the role of Assistant Director of Crittenton Center’s Emergency Shelter. Alvarez will continue her role as a social worker and take on new responsibilities as the Assistant Director. Brittini has been with Crittenton Center for about two and a half years, starting out as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at our Emergency Shelter.
“I have always been passionate about working with youth. I have the ability to look at kids and not see what is wrong with them but what has happened to them. If I can love them where they are at and be the bright spot in their day that means everything to me.”
Brittini Alvarez has been a great asset to our Emergency Shelter. We cannot wait to see her thrive in this role.
